Instant Schools for Africa is the largest philanthropic programme in the Vodacom Foundation’s 25 year history. Instant Schools for Africa provides millions of young people in South Africa, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Ghana, Kenya, Lesotho, Mozambique and Tanzania with free access to online learning materials. These educational materials were developed in conjunction with Learning Equality - a leading not-for-profit provider of open-source educational technology solutions - and with education partners, ministries of education, and local education experts in each country.
